Neem dagelijks één multivitamine tablet, één omega-3 capsule en één probiotica capsule in met water. Deze kunnen tegelijkertijd of verdeeld over de dag worden ingenomen. Overschrijd de aanbevolen inname niet. Er zitten 28 servings in de verpakking.
